Yoga and Hormonal Health

As a Yoga Teacher and Menopause Educator, I am passionate about supporting women’s health and well-being during all stages of life. I offer:

  • One-to-One Yoga Classes tailored to your individual needs.

  • Women’s Hormonal Health Workshops covering topics related to hormonal changes and menopause.

My teaching integrates a holistic approach, blending Eastern well-being practices with the latest evidence-based medical science. I provide an individualized, non-judgmental space, recognizing that every woman’s experience with hormonal changes is unique, with different challenges and needs during this transition.

What sets me apart is my unique combination of expertise:

  • 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with additional training in Menopause Yoga (40 hours)

  • A professional background as a medical doctor and PhD scientist

  • Membership in the Newson Health Menopause Society, ensuring my knowledge is current and science-based.
