My teaching integrates a holistic approach, blending Eastern well-being practices with the latest evidence-based medical science. I provide an individualized, non-judgmental space, recognizing that every woman’s experience with hormonal changes is unique, with different challenges and needs during this transition.

300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with additional training in Menopause Yoga (40 hours)
